Abstract:
Disclosed is a forging device having a material splashing prevention structure. The forging device comprises a forging device base, a forging device top housing, a forging device supporting frame, a material splashing prevention stop plate, a forging-press hammer, an extrusion plate, a mounting recess, a fixing frame, a bottom plate, a rubber pad, heat insulating cotton, a heat insulating pad, a first telescopic tube, a second telescopic tube, a reinforcing rod, a sliding rail, a sliding block, a mounting plate, a soft metal elastic sheet, a rotating bead, a rotating rod, a first rotating bolt, a top ball, a first rotating plate, a second rotating bolt, a connecting plate, a second rotating plate, a third rotating bolt, and a forging piece die base; the forging device supporting frame is welded around the top of the forging device base; and the forging device top housing is welded at the top of the forging device supporting frame. The forging device for material splashing prevention is simple in structure and convenient to operate. The conventional manual screw fixation is abandoned, the extrusion plate is driven to be clamped and fixed by means of gravity, time and labor are saved, mounting and disassembly are convenient, and the cleaning and replacement of the material splashing prevention stop plate by a user is facilitated.
