The present utility model discloses a novel flange for a water inlet of a jet pump, comprising a flange body, a first convex edge that is provided on one side of the flange body and a second convex edge that is provided on the other side. The inner wall of the first convex edge has a threaded portion. A one-way valve is comprised in a cavity that extends from the threaded portion to the second convex edge. The one-way valve comprises a one-way valve cover body and a valve core that make sealing contact with the inner walls of the first convex edge and the second convex edge. A check valve is provided in a space formed in the interior of the one-way valve cover body. The check valve comprises a valve disc and a valve stem. One end of the valve stem is sleeved with a spring, and the other end passes through a valve core of the one-way valve and moves radially and horizontally in an inner cavity formed by the valve core. According to the present application, the service life of a water pump may be prolonged.
