Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel Enterococcus faecium LCM001 strain, and a use thereof. A culture medium of the novel Enterococcus faecium LCM001 strain (deposit number: KCTC 14669BP) according to the present invention can suppress the gene expression of one of EGFR, ALK, KRAS, ROS1, HER2, RET, MET, BRAF, PIK3CA, NTRK1, FGFR, or DDR2 in cancer cells to inhibit the survival of and induce apoptosis in human cancer cells, and thus can be effectively used as a cancer prevention and treatment agent.
