Abstract:
The present invention relates to an intracellular delivery technique for delivering a biologically active material into cells and, more particularly, to a novel cell-penetrating peptide having excellent cell penetrating ability and a use thereof. In the present invention, a novel cell-penetrating peptide was synthesized and found to have an excellent cell-penetrating ability. Therefore, the cell-penetrating peptide according to the present invention can effectively deliver biologically active materials into biological entities such as cells, tissues, etc. and as such, is expected to find advantageous applications in the basic research field and the diagnosis and therapy field for various diseases.
