Abstract:

The present application discloses a novel aluminum terminal. The aluminum terminal is used for being electrically connected to an aluminum cable and an electrical apparatus and used for conducting current; the aluminum terminal comprises a connecting part and a functional part which are connected to each other; at least part of the base material of each of the connecting part and the functional part is aluminum; at least one protrusion is provided on at least part of the surface of the connecting part and/or the functional part; the connecting part is connected to the conductive part of the aluminum cable; the functional part is connected to the electrical apparatus; and the protrusion is connected to the conductive part of the aluminum cable and/or the electrical apparatus in a piercing manner. According to the novel aluminum terminal of the present application, the problem of electrochemical corrosion caused by direct contact between a copper terminal and an aluminum cable can be solved, and a coating is provided on at least part of the surface of the functional part of the aluminum terminal, so that the corrosion resistance of the functional part can be improved, thereby prolonging the service life of the aluminum terminal.
