A novel adapter-type grease fitting comprises a circular cavity (1), an upper connection structure (2), and a longitudinal connection structure (3). The circular cavity (1) is located between the upper connection structure (2) and the longitudinal connection structure (3). A cavity is disposed in each of the upper connection structure (2) and a longitudinal connection structure (3). The circular cavity (1), the upper connection structure (2) and the longitudinal connection structure (3) are of an integrated structure. The upper connection structure (2) is disposed on the upper portion. The longitudinal connection structure (3) is in a longitudinal state. The upper connection structure (2) and the longitudinal connection structure (3) form an acute angle in the axial directions of their own, and the acute angle is less than 90 degrees and is greater than 0 degrees. A seal opening is formed at the tail end of the upper connection structure (2). Two control valves, which are a primary control valve (4) and a secondary control valve (5), are disposed on the circular cavity (1). The grease fitting has an exquisite design, an unique process and fine treatment, saves energy and reduces noise, is safe and environmentally-friendly, is easy to operate, and reduces labor intensity.
