Abstract:
Provided is a notebook aluminum extrusion rotating shaft with multiple fixing modes, comprising a shell body (1) and a baffle (2), wherein the shell body (1) is a housing made of aluminum profile, the baffle (2) is located in the shell body (1), a plurality of guide strips (11) are arranged on the inner wall of the shell body (1) in the length direction of the shell body (1), the baffle (2) is provided with guide grooves (12) matching with the guide strips (11), and all the guide strips (11) are arranged on different sides of the shell body (1) respectively. The shell body (1) of the rotating shaft housing is made of extruded aluminum, has good precision and surface quality, and low cost, the thickness of the baffle (2) in the shell body (1) is larger than that of the wall of the shell body (1), the baffle (2) is used in cooperation with the guide strips (11) and the guide grooves (12), the stability of the baffle (2) can be guaranteed without welding fixation, and therefore, the process steps are greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, and the stability equivalent to welding fixation is achieved.
