Abstract:
The present application discloses a non-woven fabric convenient for direct molding and processing, and a production method therefor and the use thereof. The non-woven fabric is formed by interweaving at least one composite filament and at least one single-structure filament, wherein the composite filament has a bi-component skin-core structure or attached structure, the two components have different melting points, the difference therebetween reaching 20℃ or more, and the melting point of a high-melting-point part is the same as or similar to that of the single-structure filament. The process of one-step production from a sliced raw material to a non-woven fabric is used in the present application, and is short in terms of work flow, low in terms of cost and easy to operate and control. The resulting non-woven fabric can be directly processed into a profile, a plate or a sheet by means of mold pressing or hot pressing. One part of a molded product is of a structure resolidified after a low-melting-point component is melted, and the other part is of a fiber structure formed by a high-melting-point filament; and the molded product has good comprehensive performance and can be used as a substitute for various existing plastic products or sound-absorbing and shock-absorbing materials, such that the non-woven fabric has extremely wide application prospects in various industries such as automobiles, electric appliances, buildings, decoration, offices or households.
