Abstract:
A non-detachable quick insertion connector of a pipeline, comprising: a connecting piece (2) located at a port of a pipe fitting (1) and integrally formed with the pipe fitting, and a pipe fitting socket (3) formed inside the connecting piece and consisting of a socket area (21) and a fixing area (22). An elastic sealing ring (4) and a check ring (5) are provided in the fixing area, and an inner ring of the elastic sealing ring protrudes inwards from the wall surface of an inner wall of the pipe fitting socket; the check ring consists of a ring body (51) and check teeth (52), and the check teeth are arranged around the ring body in a comb-like tooth structure; the bottom of the check teeth protrudes inwards from the wall surface of the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket. The non-detachable quick insertion connector of the pipeline is simple in structure, strong in pipe fitting connection sealing, secure and non-detachable.
