Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a Ni-Cr alloy member which exhibits improved corrosion resistance, improved oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and excellent mechanical properties. A means for solving this problem is a Ni-Cr alloy member which contains 25-49 mass% of Cr and more than 0 mass% and not more than 10 mass% of Mo, with the remainder comprising Ni and unavoidable impurities. The Ni-Cr alloy member is an additively manufactured product which comprises mainly a face-centered cubic structure (a FCC phase) and in which the phase fraction of a phase having a body-centered cubic structure (a BCC phase) is less than 2.5%. The size of a phase having the body-centered cubic structure is less than 10 µm. In addition, the additively manufactured product comprises crystal grains having a plurality of columnar cell structures, and dislocation integrated parts are present between columnar cell structures.
