Abstract:
Provided is a cross-tooth four-pole hybrid magnetic bearing, comprising a stator and a rotor; the stator comprises two control cores (1, 2) and an axially magnetized permanent magnet ring (3) therebetween; four suspension teeth (101, 102, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 204) are distributed evenly along the inner circumferences of the control cores (1, 2); a centralized control winding (7) is wound on each of the suspension teeth (101, 102, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 204); the suspension teeth A, B (101, 102) on the left control core (1) and the two suspension teeth C, D (201, 202) on the right control core (2) are bent inward; the rotor comprises a left rotor core (4), a right rotor core (5), and a rotary shaft (6); the suspension teeth A, B (101, 102) of the left control core (1) and the suspension teeth R, S (203, 204) of the right control core (2) are radially coplanar with the right rotor core (5); the suspension teeth C, D (201, 202) of the right control core (2) and the suspension teeth E, F (103, 104) of the left control core (1) are radially coplanar with the left rotor core (4). The permanent magnet ring (3) provides a static bias magnetic flux to the control core (1, 2); the radial control magnetic flux generated by the energization of the radial control winding (7) only forms a closed path in the respective control cores (1, 2); the suspension force control in the x-y direction has no coupling, the radial suspension force is large, and control is simple.
