Abstract:
A new high-pressure micro-torque ball valve comprises a valve rod (1), a connection body (2), a ball body (3), a valve seat (4) and a valve seat push-out mechanism. The valve seat push-out mechanism comprises a stressed valve seat push-out mechanism and a non-stressed valve seat push-out mechanism. The stressed valve seat push-out mechanism comprises a transmission plate (5) connected to the valve rod (1), a push rod (6), an independent one-way valve (7), a downstream oil channel (9), a pressure storage cavity body (8), and an upstream oil channel (10). The one-way valve (7) is mounted in the connection body (2). The pressure storage cavity body (8) communicates with the downstream part of the one-way valve (7) through the downstream oil channel (9). The upstream part of the one-way valve (7) communicated with the upstream part of a pipeline through the upstream oil channel (10). The pressure storage cavity body (8) is formed by means of enclosure of the valve seat (4), a pressure storage cavity body pressure plate (11), and the connection body (2). The pressure storage cavity body pressure plate (11) is connected to a fixing plate (12). The push rod (6) is mounted on the pressure storage cavity body pressure plate (11) and the fixing plate (12). A push rod positioning block (13) is mounted on the ball body (3). A positioning groove (131) is formed in the push rod positioning block (13). A positioning raised head (63) is disposed at the tail end of the push rod (6). The ball valve features a long service life, a good sealing effect, and low abrasion of the ball surface and the valve seat.
