Abstract:

A net chain driving structure, comprising a conveying net chain (1). The conveying net chain comprises a plurality of chain links (1.1) which are inserted in sequence along the conveying direction. A plurality of lugs (1.2) are arranged at intervals on the two sides of the chain links, and the ends of the lugs are of arc-shaped surfaces (1.3). Meshing grooves (4.1) are provided in the chain links respectively, and formed by splicing open grooves (4.2) provided in the back surfaces of the chain links with lugs on the adjacent chain links on one side in the conveying direction. Gears (2) in transmission fit with the meshing grooves are arranged at two ends of the conveying net chain, wherein tangent planes (1.5) tangent to the arc-shaped surfaces are arranged on the arc-shaped surfaces of the lugs, and the tangent planes and transmission contact tooth surfaces (2.1) of the gears are engaged in parallel in the meshing transmission process. The change of the contact area does not cause the fluctuation of the conveying surface of the conveying net chain, the conveying effect is effectively improved, and the service life of the net chain is prolonged.
