The present invention relates to a negative-voltage air filter which is used in an apparatus discharging air that is the inflowing air from which fine dust has been eliminated, the filter comprising a film in which is negatively charged and provided with micro-sized holes to block the inflow of negatively charged fine dust and discharge only air.
