Abstract:
A non-return valve 10 of a negative pressure type booster device 2 is provided with a main body 11 assembled in a negative pressure inlet port 3, a first passage 111c, an accommodating portion 112a and a second passage 112b, a valve seat 12 formed in the first passage 111c, a valve body 13 accommodated in the accommodating portion 112a, and a spring 14 which urges the valve body 13 toward the valve seat 12. The spring 14 is configured to include an end coil portion 141 which engages with a spring seat 131d, an expanding and contracting coil portion 142 which expands and contracts and is separated from a flange portion 131e of the valve body 13, and a linking coil portion 143 which is separated from the flange portion 131e and the spring seat 131d and links the end coil portion 141 and the expanding and contracting coil portion 142.
