Abstract:
A negative pressure balancing system of a centrifugal compressor gearbox, the system comprising: a gearbox (1), a respirator (2) being connected on the gearbox, and the back pressure of the respirator being the ambient atmospheric pressure; and a closed low-level oil collection tank (3). The bottom part of the gearbox and the low-level oil collection tank are connected by an oil guide pipe (4). The top part of the low-level oil collection tank is provided with an oil mist eliminator (5) in communication therewith, the oil mist eliminator at least comprises an air draft apparatus, and the amount of draft induction during the operation of the oil mist eliminator is greater than the external leakage amount of an internal space of the gearbox, thus negative pressure is not only established in the low-level oil collection tank, but negative pressure is also established in the internal space of the gearbox. The respirator is connected to a front end lubrication point in the gearbox. The negative pressure balancing system also comprises a U-shaped negative pressure balancing pipe (8), one end of the U-shaped negative pressure balancing pipe is connected to the respirator, and the other end of the U-shaped negative pressure balancing pipe is connected to a rear end lubrication point in the gearbox. The described system can achieve rapid oil return by lubrication points under the action of a pressure difference, thereby reducing the mechanical loss of the unit and improving the operation efficiency.
