Abstract:
A natural medicine extractor, which relates to the technical field of medicine extraction equipment, comprising an extraction box (1). Heating pipes (5) are provided on the left and right side walls of the extraction box (1); a motor (6) is fixed at the middle of a top plate of the extraction box (1); an output shaft of the motor (6) penetrates the top plate of the extraction box (1) and is then connected to a stirring shaft (8); the lower end of the stirring shaft (8) is screwed onto a support plate (7); the right end of the support plate (7) is fixed to the right side wall of the extraction box (1); several stirring mechanisms are provided on the outer wall of the stirring shaft (8); an air cylinder (12) is provided on the lower part of the outer wall at the right side of the extraction box (1); a push rod of the air cylinder (12) penetrates the right side wall of the extraction box (1) and is then connected to a support base (13); a scraper (14) is provided below the support base (13); the lower surface of the scraper (14) is provided with a brush body (15); and a no. 1 push rod (16) is provided on the left side surface of the support base (13). The extractor may achieve the integration of extraction and filtration so that effective ingredients in a medicine may be fully extracted.
