Abstract:
A multipurpose hydraulic valve body (12) of a deep-sea hydraulic submersible. The multipurpose hydraulic valve body comprises a filter (1), an overflow valve (3), a return throttle valve (4) and an oil tank (10). The multipurpose hydraulic valve body (12) comprises an oil port P and an oil port T, wherein the oil port P is used for hydraulic oil entering a hydraulic pump station; the hydraulic oil flows back to the oil tank (10) via the oil port T after sequentially passing through the filter (1) and the overflow valve (3) or the return throttle valve (4); the overflow valve (3) is adjustable to control a pressure value from a hydraulic pump to the multipurpose hydraulic valve body (12); and the return throttle valve (4) reaches a set pressure value of the overflow valve (3) by means of delaying a hydraulic pressure, so as to buffer an overall hydraulic system. In this way, the return throttle valve is employed to realize start-up without pressure and automatically maintain the pressure required by a system after start-up is completed, so that no electronic control element can be used, and the multipurpose hydraulic valve body can be directly exposed to a deep-sea environment without the protection by a valve box, thereby reducing the size and the weight of the system, and providing a safety guarantee for a complex working environment of an underwater deep-sea hydraulic submersible.
