Title:
MULTIPLE INVOLUTE HELICAL COMPRESSIVE/TENSIONAL SPRING WITH VAST STIFFNESS COEFFICIENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/180690
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Multiple involute helical compressive/ tension spring with vast stiffness coefficient is a proper replacement for all types of springs by having wide K will have many uses. According to Hooke law F=KX, the shift of compressed or stretch springs from its equilibrium (X) point and spring constant (K) is unique to each spring. As a result of this uniqueness, each spring is used alone in a weighted and elastic range and the amount of force has not worked less and increasing force over spring's force causes opening and harming to spring; to solve this problem a spring should be designed that it has stiffness and elastic domain against each force. In this way the yield point and the elastic domain will increase. In that way it has been used from the combine of two or more springs in the form of involute that each spring will be used their own range and in case of passing that range the spring is in its own maximum K and in the following the next spring will be in action and this process can be continued by increasing the number of springs without any spring goes beyond its allowable (X) length and harm.
