Abstract:
A semi-floating bearing (multilobe bearing) 13 is provided with: an annular body 13a into which a shaft 15 is inserted; and a radial bearing surface 13d including a plurality of arc surfaces 37 that are formed at an inner peripheral surface of the body 13a, have curvature centers A different from each other, and are arranged adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the body 13a, wherein a minimum distance Ra between a central axis O of a shaft 15 and the arc surfaces 37, a curvature radius Rb of the arc surfaces 37, and a radius Rs of the shaft 15 satisfy relationships expressed by the following formulas (1) and (2). (1): Ra/Rs ≥ 1.001, (2): (Rb - Ra)/0.9 ≤ (Rb - Rs) ≤ (Rb - Ra)/0.6 where Ra represents the minimum distance between the central axis O of the shaft 15 and the arc surfaces 37, Rb represents the curvature radius of the arc surfaces 37, and Rs represents the radius of the shaft 15
