A multifunctional fastening nail comprises: a nut (1), a nail rod (2), and a nail rod tip (3) at a lower end of the nail rod (2). A circumferential surface of the nail rod (2) is divided into three rod portion regions for implementing different functions: a rotation-resisting straight thread section (21) located at an upper portion of the nail rod, a tightening thread section (22) located at a lower portion of the nail rod, and a plurality of circular adhesive receiving grooves (23) for enhancing the adhesion of the nail rod. The plurality of circular adhesive receiving grooves (23) is disposed in the tightening thread section (22) and intersects threads of the tightening thread section (22). Thread engagement forces of different directions and a strong adhesive force both exist between the fastening nail and a fastened base. Therefore, the fastening nail is applicable for fixing an object on a non-rigid fastened base, for example, fixing a speed reduction rubber plate or other transportation facilities on a bituminous pavement, and may also be used to fix a burglar mesh, a ceiling, a door, a window, a table, a chair, and the like.
