Abstract:
A multi-station vacuum annealing furnace for processing titanium pipes, which belongs to the technical field of vacuum annealing furnaces. The multi-station vacuum annealing furnace for processing titanium pipes comprises a bottom plate; support legs are uniformly welded to the peripheral edges of the bottom of the bottom plate, a support frame is fixedly connected to the left side of the upper surface of the top of the bottom plate, a storage compartment is in interference fit with the center of the upper surface of the top of the support frame; a locking mechanism is welded to the left side of the upper surface of the top of the storage compartment, a sealing door is fixedly connected to one side of the locking mechanism, the right side of the sealing door extends to an inner position of a storage frame, a pull rod is plugged into the bottom of the left side of the sealing door, and a cooling mechanism is in communication with the lower surface of the bottom of the storage compartment. The annealing furnace is connected to a heating tube by means of a hydraulic pump, then temperature raising and heating is performed on the annealing furnace by means of a heating box, and the cooling mechanism is installed to cool the annealed titanium pipes, allowing for high cooling speed; in addition, the storage compartment is sealed by means of the locking mechanism and the sealing door, improving the processing quality.
