Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-stage heat exchange groove type steam generator, comprising a heater, a water injection pump (2) and a water reservoir (3), wherein the heater comprises a heat exchanger (11), a heating pipe (12) and a steam nozzle (13). A cover plate (113) covers a shell (112) hermetically so as to form the heat exchanger (11). A multi-stage heat exchange groove (111) which is of a groove structure is arranged coaxially and longitudinally on the inner surface of the shell (112), and the heat exchanger (11) is provided with a steam outlet at the upper end and a water inlet at the lower end. By utilizing the groove type connected structure of the multi-stage heat exchange groove (111), in the process of heating, liquid water can absorb heat at the first half of the multi-stage heat exchange groove (111) to turn into saturated steam and then enter the second half of the multi-stage heat exchange groove (111) to absorb heat again to form overheated steam.
