Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose solar energy system and a construction method therefor, the system adding a solar energy (electric power or heat) production function, which is a secondary use, to an object having a primary use. A flat roof is formed in a #-shaped lattice structure by placing rack beams of solar racks on roof beams of a base framework assembled from a plurality of façade frames formed from roof beams and pillars, and a solar structure having solar energy panels provided at a suitable directional inclination angle is constructed on the rack beams, and thus solar energy is expected to be efficiently collected. The base framework is assembled to form various façade frames, including a portal frame, and mix same, thereby satisfying the primary use of the object. The roof beams, the rack beams and the pillars include horizontal or perpendicular long span members having a rectangular section, the long span members are formed by a roll forming process, and the present invention can be manufactured and assembled in a factory in advance according to a design so that low onsite costs are expected and, simultaneously, the original primary use of the object is satisfied and, furthermore, the solar energy system for energy production, which is an additional secondary use, can be effectively provided.
