Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-protection corrugated pipe stop valve for chlorine use, comprising a valve body (1), wherein a lower sealing member (2) is mounted in the centre of the valve body, an upper sealing member (3) is fitted with the lower sealing member, a valve stem (4) is connected to the upper sealing member and is placed in a central hole of a valve cover (5) in a through manner, and a corrugated pipe assembly (6) is embedded between the valve stem and the valve cover; the corrugated pipe assembly comprises a corrugated pipe (13), a filling box (14) is sealingly welded at the upper end of the corrugated pipe, a guide seat (15) is sealingly welded at the lower end of the corrugated pipe, an outer wall of the filling box is sealingly welded to the valve cover, and an inner wall of the guide seat is sealingly welded to the valve stem; and a filling material (16) is placed in the filling box and is tightly compressed by a filling material compression cover (17). The outer wall of the filling box at the upper end of the corrugated pipe assembly is sealingly welded to the valve cover, and the inner wall of the guide seat at the lower end of the corrugated pipe is sealingly welded to the valve stem, so that a sealing member is formed, the valve stem has the functions of being capable of moving up and down and resisting pressure, multiple sealing protections are achieved, and damaged filling materials can be replaced under a working condition of the stop valve.
