The present invention provides a multi-path water inlet valve and an intelligent toilet. The multi-path water inlet valve comprises a valve body and a water stop unit, and the valve body is provided with a water inlet and a first water outlet; a first water path enabling the water inlet to be communicated with the first water outlet is arranged between the water inlet and the first water outlet, and the water stop unit is arranged on the first water path so as to control whether the first water path is disconnected. The valve body is further provided with a second water outlet, a second water path is further arranged in the valve body around the water stop unit, and the second water path enables the water inlet to be communicated with the second water outlet. According to the present invention, on the basis of the conventional water inlet opening and closing valve using control of the water inflow/outflow in a one in one out manner as the main function, the second water outlet is added by using the extra space of the valve body, so as to achieve a three-way function, and the switching between a single water path and two water paths is realized by controlling the opening and closing of the water stop unit.
