Abstract:
A multi-material composite rolling seismic isolation device, comprising a first base plate (100) which is a horizontal plate. A rolling portion comprises a first rolling recess (200), steel balls (300) and a second rolling recess (400), wherein arc-shaped recess openings of the first rolling recess (200) and the second rolling recess (400) are arranged in opposite directions, and a rolling space allowing the steel balls (300) to roll therein is formed between the first rolling recess and the second rolling recess; an SMA wire layer (500) is wound around and covers the outside of the first rolling recess (200) and the second rolling recess (400); a second base plate (600) has the same shape as the first base plate (100), and the two are respectively correspondingly fixed to the bottom of the second rolling recess (400) and the top of the first rolling recess (200); rubber pads (700) are fixed between the second base plate (600) and the second rolling recess (400) and between the first base plate (100) and the first rolling recess (200); and two ends, located outside the rolling space, of the first base plate (100) and the second base plate (600) are respectively connected by means of four rubber columns (800). Multiple materials are combined, and the device has an instantaneous reset function; and the device can achieve the aims of supporting an upper structure and isolating the upper structure from the effects of an earthquake, thereby reducing the damage of a destructive earthquake to an LNG storage tank. The structure is simple, the materials can be obtained easily, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
