Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-layered pipe intermediate member, a multi-layered pipe manufactured with the same and a manufacturing method thereof, and the method comprises: a step for coating an intermediate layer on an inner pipe; a step for filling a filler in the inner pipe coated with the intermediate layer and inserting the inner pipe filled with the filler therein into an outer pipe, so as to form a multi-layered pipe intermediate member; and a step for applying pressure from the outside of the multi-layered pipe intermediate member to the inside thereof in the circumferential direction, wherein, after producing the multi-layered pipe intermediate member, the multi-layered pipe is manufactured by enabling the filler to dissolve in the multi-layered pipe intermediate member such that defects during a pipe end-forming process can be prevented, and a multi-layered pipe having excellent corrosion resistance and diffusion resistance can be manufactured. That is, the filler in the inner pipe supports the multi-layered pipe intermediate member so as to maintain the shape of the pipe from the external pressure applied to the multi-layered pipe intermediate member such that the contact force between a plurality of pipes increases between the pressure applied from the outside and the supporting force of the filler, thereby preventing defect generation due to a decrease in the contact force between the pipes.
