Abstract:
The present invention provides a multi-layer structure filter and a vehicle onboard power supply DC/DC conversion apparatus. The multi-layer structure filter comprises N layers of PCBs which are successively arranged at intervals from top to bottom, and N is greater than or equal to 3; N-1 stages of output inductors are successively arranged at intervals from top to bottom, and each stage of output inductor is correspondingly connected via an input terminal and output terminal thereof to an adjacent upper-layer/lower-layer PCB; N-1 stages of output capacitors are successively arranged at intervals from top to bottom, and each stage of output capacitor is respectively correspondingly connected to the second-layer PCB through the Nth-layer PCB; and a filter output terminal is connected to an output terminal of the N-1 stage output inductor. The multi-layer structure filter and the vehicle onboard power supply DC/DC conversion apparatus applying same provide a multi-layer structure filter for an output end filter in a vehicle onboard power supply power conversion product DC/DC converter, achieving miniaturization of the filter and reduction of installation space, and simultaneously better achieving the functions of heat dissipation, filtering and shielding in a high-current path of an output terminal of the DC/DC converter.
