Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of fabric, in particular to a multi-bar jacquard fabric having a local sandwich effect. The fabric is integrally knitted by means of a double-needle-bed high-speed jacquard machine, and comprises a surface layer, a bottom layer, and a pile-height layer, which is knitted between the surface layer and the bottom layer. The pile-height layer is at least formed by laying and knitting yarns by means of a jacquard bar. The jacquard bar lays and knits yarns on a front needle bed and a back needle bed to form a first knitted region, and the jacquard bar lays and knits the yarns on the front needle bed or the back needle bed, or does not lay and knit the yarns on the front and back needle beds (i.e. the yarns are suspended between the front needle bed and the back needle bed) to form a second knitted region. Since the thickness of the pile-height layer in the first knitted region is greater than that of the pile-height layer in the second knitted region, the thickness of the first knitted region is greater than that of the second knitted region, such that the fabric has a local uneven sandwich effect, a good visual effect, strong structural stability, and good breathability.
