Abstract:
A moving-magnet small-angle reciprocating rotary motor, comprising a housing (3), wherein a bearing (2) is arranged at one end of the housing (3), an output shaft (1) is fitted with the bearing (2), driving magnetic steel (5) is arranged inside the housing (3), the driving magnetic steel (5) is connected to an end of the output shaft (1), an end cap (7) is arranged at the other end of the housing (3), two coils (6) arranged in parallel are arranged at the end of the interior of the housing (3) close to the end cap (7), two poles of the driving magnetic steel (5) correspond to magnetic poles generated by means of energizing the two coils (6) arranged in parallel in a crossed mode, two pieces of balance magnetic steel (4) are arranged at the end of the interior of the housing (3) where the output shaft (1) is located, the two pieces of balance magnetic steel (4) are arranged opposite the driving magnetic steel (5), and the magnetic poles attract each other; and the magnetic poles generated by means of energizing the two coils are crossed and opposite to magnetic poles generated by means of two pieces of driving magnetic steel (5), such that an electromagnetic force in a rotation direction is generated, and the driving magnetic steel (5) drives the output shaft (1) to rotate. The moving-magnet small-angle reciprocating rotary motor has the characteristics of having a simple electromagnetic structure, and being easy to produce, manufacture and assemble.
