The mounting and disassembling assembly, comprises an outer sleeve (1), an inner sleeve (2) and a supporting ring (3). A first mounting surface (1s1) for mounting a bearing (BE) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer sleeve (1); a first conical surface (1s2) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer sleeve (1); a second mounting surface (2s1) configured to be mounted on a shaft (SH) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner sleeve (2); a threaded portion (21) and a second conical surface (2s2) are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner sleeve (2); the supporting ring (3) is threadedly connected to the threaded portion (21). By pre-mounting the bearing (BE) on the outer sleeve (1) and sliding on the second conical surface (2s2) by means of the first conical surface (1s2), mounting is realized, so that the bearing is prevented from being damaged in during mounting and is convenient to disassemble. Also provided are a shaft and a bearing assembly comprising the mounting and disassembling assembly, and a mounting method and a disassembling method using the mounting and disassembling assembly.
