Abstract:
This motor 12 with a speed reducer is provided with: a motor unit 22; and a speed reduction mechanism provided with a worm gear 46 which reduces the speed of the output of the motor unit 22, and transmits said output to an output shaft. The speed reduction mechanism is provided with: a reverse rotation-inhibiting mechanism which is provided to a torque transmission path between the output shaft 44 and a drive shaft of the motor, and which inhibits reverse rotation of the drive shaft of the motor unit 22 as a result of rotary force inputted from the output shaft 44; and a grease which is applied to meshing parts R1 of the gear, and which inhibits reverse rotation of the drive shaft of the motor as a result of the rotary force inputted from the output shaft 44.
