Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a motor-operated valve control device and a motor-operated valve device that can suppress malfunction of a motor-operated valve at low temperatures. [Solution] A motor-operated valve control device (100) acquires a temperature (K) on the basis of a signal from a temperature sensor (126) that is arranged outside of a can (20) and transitions to a preparation mode when the temperature (K) is below a reference temperature (Kr). In the preparation mode, when a magnet rotor (31) does not rotate normally, the motor-operated valve control device (100) performs a heat generation operation to make a stator (60) generate heat until the magnet rotor (31) rotates normally. When the magnet rotor (31) has rotated normally, the motor-operated valve control device (100) transitions to a standby mode.
