Abstract:
Provided are: a motor capable of more stably rotating a needle in non-contact by a simpler structure; and a device using the motor. This motor has: a first portion that includes a plurality of permanent magnets; and a second portion that includes a plurality of coils. The first portion or the second portion is configured to be rotatable about a rotational axis. The permanent magnets are circumferentially arranged about the rotational axis. The coils are arranged so as to face the permanent magnets in a direction along the rotational axis. The motor further has a control unit that controls the rotational speed and the attitude of the rotating first or second portion by controlling current applied to the coils.
