This motor control device (200) has: a running time accumulation unit (241) for accumulating the running time of a motor; a remaining lifetime calculation unit (242) for calculating a remaining lifetime (ΔT) of a bearing (140) embedded in the motor on the basis of the lifetime of the bearing and the accumulated running time of the motor; and a warning output unit (246) for outputting warning information when the remaining lifetime (ΔT) is less than or equal to a threshold value (α).
