A motion guiding device (1), which is provided with a supporting body (2) and a moving body (3). The moving body (3) is provided with a moving body main body (3a), a cover body (3b) and a circulation member (4); and the cover body (3b) is provided with a first lubrication groove (3b4). When lubricating grease is used as a lubricant, a lubricating grease lubrication path composed of the first lubrication groove (3b4) and the circulation member (4) is used to supply lubricants. The motion guiding device (1) is further provided with a lubrication path member (5). A second lubrication groove (5c) having a smaller cross-sectional area than that of the first lubrication groove (3b4) is formed in the lubrication path member (5). When lubricating oil is used as the lubricant, the lubricant is supplied by a lubricating oil lubrication path formed by the first lubrication groove (3b4) and the second lubrication groove (5c). Therefore, in the motion guiding device, the lubrication path may be wide when the lubricating grease is used to lubricate, while the lubricating path may be narrowed when the lubricating oil is used to lubricate, so that good lubrication may be easily achieved.
