Provided is a motion guide device configured so that rolling bodies can be reliably held by a holding section. A rolling body holder (4) is mounted in the movable body (2) of a motion guide device, the rolling body holder (4) having holding sections (4-1, 4-2, 4-3) extending along loaded-rolling-body rolling sections (2a) and preventing rolling bodies (6) from dislodging from the movable body (2). End plates (4a) are integrally formed on the holding sections (4-1, 4-2, 4-3). Dislodgement prevention sections (21, 22, 23, 24, 26) for reducing the width of the openings (7, 8) between the holding sections (4-1, 4-2, 4-3) are formed at the center portions of the holding sections (4-1, 4-2, 4-3) in the longitudinal direction thereof. The dislodgement prevention sections (21, 22, 23, 24, 26) are: raised sections (21, 22, 23, 24) which are raised so as to reduce the width of the openings (7, 8) and which are integral with the holding sections (4-1, 4-2, 4-3); and/or protrusions (26) which are formed at the center portions of the holding sections (4-1, 4-2, 4-3) so as to deflect toward a raceway member (1), are in contact with the movable body (2), and are integral with the holding sections (4-1, 4-2, 4-3).
