Abstract:
Disclosed is a motion guide device wherein abrasion of spacers is prevented and consequently rolling elements in an endless circulation passage formed on a moving block can be smoothly circulated. The motion guide device is provided with: a track rail (1); a moving block (2) having an endless circulation passage of rolling elements (5); and spacers (6) interposed in the endless circulation passage of the moving block (2), wherein the moving block (2) is provided with: a block body (3) having a load rolling element passage (31) of the rolling elements (5) and a rolling element return passage (32) parallel to the load rolling element passage (31); and a changing passage forming bodies (4, 104, 108) fixed on the block body (3), each changing passage forming body (4) has a direction changing passage (44) connecting the load rolling element passage (31) and the rolling element return passage (32), and the direction changing passage (44) is provided with: a changing portion (44a) continuously changing the direction of rolling of the rolling elements (5); and a change preparing portion (44b) linearly guiding the rolling elements (5) while allowing curved movement of the spacers (6).
