Abstract:
A motion conversion mechanism, specifically referred to is mechanical transmission mechanism using a combination of compound racks and gears to convert a reciprocating linear motion and an oscillation into one continuous unidirectional rotation. The motion conversion mechanism comprises: a gear frame (1), a rack (2), front and rear gears (3 and 4), a shaft (5), a gear frame limiting component (601), a machine frame (7), and a rack limiting component (602). The front and rear gears respectively are connected in parallel to the shaft via unidirectional bearings. The two unidirectional bearings have a same rotation-blocking direction. The gear frame is formed by fixedly connecting left and right racks (101 and 102) provided on either side. The left and right racks are staggered from each other on positions in the axial direction of the shaft, and, respectively correspond to the positions of the front and rear gears mounted on the shaft. A non-motion direction of the gear frame is limited within a gear frame positioning component fixed on the machine frame. The rear gear not only is meshed with the right rack of the gear frame but also is meshed with the rack. The front gear is meshed with the left rack of the gear frame. The outer side of the rack is limited by a rack limiting component fixed on the machine frame. The shaft is movably connected to the machine frame.
