Abstract:
Disclosed is a mosquito-repellent spinning solution blending device for a mosquito-repellent fabric. The device comprises a blending housing, a quantitative structure, a stirring structure and an auxiliary structure. Supporting legs are fixedly connected to the bottom of the blending housing, a liquid outlet pipe is fixedly connected to the bottom of the blending housing, a liquid addition pipe is fixedly connected to the top of the blending housing, and the quantitative structure comprises a reinforcing column, which is fixedly connected to the top of the blending housing. The device of the present application is compact in structure, the amount of an additive added to a spinning solution can be controlled by means of the quantitative housing and a dial gauge, and the additive does not need to be measured, such that the operation steps are simplified; and the spinning solution can be fully stirred by means of structures such as first electric motors on two sides thereof, the spinning solution can be further stirred by means of structures such as a second central shaft and a second mounting plate, and the spinning solution at the bottom of an inner cavity of the blending housing can be conveyed to the top of the inner cavity of the blending housing by means of structures such as a spiral conveyor and a conveying housing, thereby facilitating blending of the spinning solution and improving the blending work efficiency of the spinning solution.
