Abstract:
Provided is a molten Al-Zn-based plated steel sheet that has excellent post-aging yield elongation and formability, while maintaining high bending processability. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a molten Al-Zn-based plated steel sheet in which a plating layer has a composition that contains 40 to 70 mass% of Al and 0.5 to 3.0 mass% of Si, the remainder being Zn and unavoidable impurities, the molten Al-Zn-based plated steel sheet is characterized in that, when a test piece is bent by 180° with an inner spacing nt (where t is the plate thickness of the plated steel sheet, and n is the number of the plated steel sheets) in a bending test in conformity with a plating adhesion test described in JIS G 3321 (2019), the bending processability indicated by a minimum nt at which no cracking is recognized when the outer surface of the bent portion is observed with a 10× magnification loupe is less than or equal to 6t, and the yield elongation (YEL) after an accelerated aging test is less than or equal to 10%.
