The present invention relates to a molecular diagnostic apparatus using a rotary-type cartridge, the apparatus allowing quantitative and accurate nucleic acid extraction, amplification, and diagnosis just from the activation of the apparatus after placing a sample in the cartridge, thereby allowing molecular diagnosis to be more convenient while being highly sensitive and specific.
