Abstract:

A molded plastic (12) load-bearing support device with an adhesive (20) coated fabric backing member (22) is disclosed. The fabric backing member (22) is adhesive coated (20) so that the molded plastic (12), load-bearing support device will adhere to a surface. The fabric backing member is integrally associated with the molded plastic load-bearing support device. The adhesive coating at least partially penetrates the surface of the fabric backing member.
