Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a mold capable of being opened and closed using oil and electricity, comprising a mold and a driving mechanism. The driving mechanism comprises: hydraulic cylinders, wherein a plurality of hydraulic cylinders are connected to the mold and can drive the mold to be opened and closed; screw rods threadedly connected to piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders, wherein the number of screw rods corresponds to that of hydraulic cylinders; a synchronous belt used for synchronously driving a plurality of screw rods; and a driving motor used for transmitting power to the synchronous belt. The driving motor and the hydraulic cylinders jointly provide a driving force, such that the total driving force is improved; the driving motor drives the plurality of screw rods to synchronously rotate by means of the synchronous belt, such that the synchronization performance is good; the driving motor and screw rod structures do not pollute the working environment; and due to the characteristics of the driving motor, compared with the control simply by using hydraulic cylinders, the control of the whole opening and closing process of the mold is more accurate and timely.
