A modular multi-functional platform tool, comprising: a plurality of block-shaped docking structure members (1) and a plurality of rod-shaped main body structure members (2); each docking structure member (1) is provided in a spatial direction thereon with a plurality of docking portions (101); two ends of each main body structure member (2) are provided with a connecting member (3), which is used for cooperatively connecting to a docking portion (101). By means of the cooperation between the docking portion (101) and the connecting member (3), the plurality of docking structure members (1) and the plurality of main body structure members (2) of the modular multi-functional platform tool may be cooperatively, easily, conveniently, and quickly interconnectively spliced to ultimately form various spatial structures of different shapes; meanwhile, when disassembling the various spliced structures, one need only remove the interconnection between each docking structure member (1) and main body structure member (2), and then splicing may be carried out again; therefore, the present invention achieves the simple and easy disassembly and assembly of the multi-functional platform tool, and achieves the quick installation and splicing of a multi-module without the use of tools, thereby reducing structural complexity and increasing product utilization rate.
