Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A mobile plant (1) which enables production of concrete in different capacities through use of components with different production capacities together and/or commonization thereof; characterized by at least one first chassis (2) or at least one second chassis which is used together with the first chassis (2) based on the production capacity; at least one aggregate bunker (3) which is located on the first chassis (2) alone or on the second chassis sequentially based on the production capacity; at least one feeding band (4) which is located on the first chassis (2) or on the single chassis (2) in production with the first chassis (2) and the second chassis, that is preferred based on the production capacity, and which is made common for concrete production in different capacities; at least one conveyor stand (5) which provides contact with the floor in the installation of the first chassis (2) and is made common for concrete production in different capacities; at least one weighing block (6) which is located at the end of the feeding band (4) wherein the aggregate bunker (3) is not located and which has a detachable structure for the first chassis (2) based on the different production capacity; at least one mixer (7) wherein the materials weighed by the weighing block (6) are transferred, the materials are mixed for the concrete production and which has a detachable structure for the first chassis (2) based on the different production capacity; and at least one pouring chute (8) wherein the materials created by the mixer (7) are poured and which is located at the end of the mixer (7).

A mobile plant (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the first chassis (2) on which at least one aggregate bunker (3); at least one feeding band (4) that is used for transmitting the aggregate received from the aggregate bunker (3) to the weighing block (6); at least one weighing block (6) that is located at the end of the feeding band (4); at least one mixer (7) wherein the aggregate weighed by the weighing block (6) is poured and then mixed; and at least one pouring chute (8) that is located at the end of the mixer (7) are included based on the preference of production capacity.

A mobile plant (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the second chassis the production capacity of which is used in the event that the first chassis (2) and the aggregate bunker (3) located on the first chassis (2) fall short, and which comprises a plurality of aggregate bunkers (3) in sequence on thereof.

4. A mobile plant (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the aggregate bunker (3) which has a detachable structure onto the first chassis (2).

5. A mobile plant (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the feeding band (4) which is a common part on the first chassis (2) even if it is desired to change the amount of concrete production.

6. A mobile plant (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the conveyor stand (5) which is a common part in the first chassis (2) independently of the production capacity.

7. A mobile plant (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the weighing block (6) which is a part that is located on the first chassis (2) and can be replaced based on the production capacity.

8. A mobile plant (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the mixer (7) which is a part wherein the materials weighed by the weighing block (6) are mixed for concrete production and which can be replaced on the first chassis (2) based on the production capacity.

9. A mobile plant (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the pouring chute (8) which facilitates discharge of concrete from the mixer (7) based on the production capacity, upon being replaced by the mixer (7).

10. A mobile plant (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the platforms (9) which have a foldable structure on the first chassis (2) and the second chassis, and which are used as a walkway.

11. A mobile plant (1) according to Claim 10; characterized by the platforms (9) which are positioned in parallel with the first and/or second chassis.

12. A mobile plant (1) according to Claim 10 or 11; characterized by the platform (9) which is included in the part where it contacts the first or second chassis, in a hinged way.

13. A mobile plant (1) according to any of Claim 10 to 12; characterized by the railing (10) which can rotate on its own axis on the surface wherein it is connected on the platform (9) and which can be fold preferably towards the platform (9).

14. A mobile plant (1) according to Claim 13; characterized by the mobile railing (10) which is included in the part where it contacts the platform (9), in a hinged way.

15. A mobile plant (1) according to Claim 13 or 14; characterized by the stairs (11) which can be fold towards the first or second chassis (2) and whereon the railing (10) is located.

Description:
A MOBILE PLANT MAKING PRODUCTION IN DIFFERENT PRODUCTION CAPACITIES

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a common mobile plant which enables to reduce costs and production periods of plants by enabling the use of common main carrier chassis, carrier stand and material transfer belts in plants with different capacities that can be transported by means of a single chassis or double chassis.

Background of the Invention Mobile concrete (batching) plants enable to carry out production of concrete wherever it is desired, by means of installation of all units -which are included in a stationary concrete plant- onto a chassis. Units located on mobile concrete plants are produced based on the amount of concrete to be produced per hour and they are mounted on a single or double chassis. And this leads to manufacture of units, each of which has a design and construction different from each other. Thus, mobile concrete plants with different production capacities can be obtained and then put into use wherever it is desired.

Because concrete plants and components thereof included in the state of the art are produced and mounted based on the desired production capacity, inventory costs are high and production periods are long. The fact that stock states are difficult causes deadline periods of products to extend and the sale thereof to become difficult. Besides, labour costs are high as well due to length of production period. In addition, periods of start-up on sites are also long. Therefore, today there is need for solutions which will enable to reduce inventory costs and production periods of plants through use of common components in production plants that can be transported by means of a single chassis or double chassis and have different capacities.

The French patent document no. FR2856624A1, an application in the state of the art, discloses a mobile concrete plant which has a plurality of silos for constructions and enables to transport granules through movement of a unique transporting band that is used between silos in common. The said invention supplies the silo compartments, which are used for storing the aggregates of a concrete plant, by means of a conveyor belt from a temporary storage or transport trucks of the materials; the conveyor belt moves in a circular arc in order to supply the silos intended to receive the aggregates that are calibrated differently; materials are unloaded at the center of the silos due to the fact that the conveyor belt is always positioned ideally; one remote drain cone and one centered drain cone are available in order to drain the contents of the silos on the weighing belt ideally. A small auxiliary conveyor belt, which drains the sand onto the weighing belt, is provided in order to convey the sand from the silos to the loading hopper. The disclosed invention utilizes modular assembly of silos; it is ensured that a plurality of silos can hold steady by means of modular assembly; it avoids a heavy structure and facilities usage and maintenance operations of a plant; makes it possible for each site to use only the necessary storages, to replace various elements easily or to make addition in case of need, through use of standardized silos; other components of the mobile plant are conventionally cement, mixers, various conveyor belts, etc. and other silos which are used for the purpose of storage; and they are currently used in the state of the art. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the aggregate silos allows the use of a truck having a standardized trailer.

Summary of the Invention

An objective of the present invention is to realize a common mobile plant which enables to reduce inventory costs and production periods of plants by enabling the use of common main carrier chassis, carrier stand and material transfer belts in production plants with a capacity of 100-120 m 3 /hour that can be transported by means of a single chassis or double chassis. Another objective of the present invention is to realize a common mobile plant whereby costs of labour, periods of start-up on site and deadline periods are reduced through reduction of production periods of plants by enabling the use of common main carrier chassis, carrier stand and material transfer belts in production plants with a capacity of 100-120 m 3 /hour that can be transported by means of a single chassis or double chassis.

Detailed Description of the Invention

“A Mobile Plant Making Production in Different Production Capacities” realized to fulfil the objectives of the present invention is shown in the figures attached, in which:

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the use of the inventive mobile plant making production in different production capacities, by means of a single chassis.

Figure 2 is a front view of the use of the inventive mobile plant making production in different production capacities, by means of a single chassis. Figure 3 is a side view of the use of the inventive mobile plant making production in different production capacities, by means of a single chassis. Figure 4 is a perspective view of the stand in the inventive mobile plant making production in different production capacities.

Figure 5 is a perspective view of the pouring chute in the inventive mobile plant making production in different production capacities.

Figure 6 is a perspective view of the railing and the platform in the inventive mobile plant making production in different production capacities. Figure 7 is a perspective view of the stairs and the railing in the inventive mobile plant making production in different production capacities.

The inventive common mobile plant (1) which enables production of concrete in different capacities through use of components with different production capacities together and/or commonization thereof comprises: at least one first chassis (2) or at least one second chassis which is used together with the first chassis (2) based on the production capacity; at least one aggregate bunker (3) which is located on the first chassis (2) alone or on the second chassis sequentially based on the production capacity; at least one feeding band (4) which is located on the first chassis (2) or on the single chassis (2) in production with the first chassis (2) and the second chassis, that is preferred based on the production capacity, and which is made common for concrete production in different capacities; at least one conveyor stand (5) which provides contact with the floor in the installation of the first chassis (2) and is made common for concrete production in different capacities; at least one weighing block (6) which is located at the end of the feeding band (4) wherein the aggregate bunker (3) is not located and which has a detachable structure for the first chassis (2) based on the different production capacity; at least one mixer (7) wherein the materials weighed by the weighing block (6) are transferred, the materials are mixed for the concrete production and which has a detachable structure for the first chassis (2) based on the different production capacity; and at least one pouring chute (8) wherein the materials created by the mixer (7) are poured and which is located at the end of the mixer (7). In the inventive mobile plant (1), at least one aggregate bunker (3); at least one feeding band (4) that is used for transmitting the aggregate received from the aggregate bunker (3) to the weighing block (6); at least one weighing block (6) that is located at the end of the feeding band (4); at least one mixer (7) wherein the aggregate weighed by the weighing block (6) is poured and then mixed; and at least one pouring chute (8) that is located at the end of the mixer (7) are included on the first chassis (2) based on the preference of production capacity.

In the inventive mobile plant (1), production capacity of the second chassis is used in the event that the first chassis (2) and the aggregate bunker (3) located on the first chassis (2) fall short, and it comprises a plurality of aggregate bunkers (3) in sequence on thereof. Thereby, addition can be made for the capacity of concrete production by means of the first chassis (2).

In the inventive mobile plant (1), the aggregate bunker (3) has a detachable structure onto the first chassis (2). Thereby, when it is desired to increase the production capacity, the aggregate bunker (3) located on the first chassis (2) is removed and then material is transferred to the feeding band (4) by means of the aggregate bunker (3) that is located on the second chassis and provided in sequence. Thus, the production capacity is increased by removing the aggregate bunker (3) located on the first chassis (2) and connecting the second chassis whereon the sequential aggregate bunker (3) is located.

In the inventive mobile plant (1), the feeding band (4) is a common part on the first chassis (2) even if it is desired to change the amount of concrete production. Thereby, production costs and periods are reduced by using a single feeding band (4) on the first chassis based on the different production capacity.

The conveyor stand (5) is a common part in the first chassis (2) independently of the production capacity. The conveyor stand (5) remain stable on the first chassis (2) based on the increase of production capacity.

In the inventive mobile plant (1), the weighing block (6) is a part which is located on the first chassis (2) and can be replaced based on the production capacity. Thereby, in cases where it is desired to increase the production capacity, a desired production capacity can be acquired by replacing the weighing block (6) on the first chassis (2).

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mixer (7) is a part wherein the materials weighed by the weighing block (6) are mixed for concrete production and which can be replaced on the first chassis (2) based on the production capacity.

In the inventive mobile plant (1), the pouring chute (8) is located at the end of the mixer (7) and it is a part wherein the prepared concrete is poured. The pouring chute (8) facilitates discharge of concrete from the mixer (7) based on the production capacity, upon being replaced by the mixer (7). The inventive mobile plant (1) comprises platforms (9) which have a foldable structure on the first chassis (2) and the second chassis, and which are used as a walkway. In a preferred embodiment, the platforms (9) are positioned in parallel with the first and/or second chassis. The platform (9) is included in the part where it contacts the first or second chassis, in a hinged way.

The inventive mobile plant (1) also comprises the railing (10) which can rotate on its own axis on the surface wherein it is connected on the platform (9) and which can be fold preferably towards the platform (9). The railing (10) is included in the part where it contacts the platform (9), in a hinged way. In a preferred embodiment, except the platform (9) and the railing (10), the mobile plant (1) comprises the stairs (11) which can be fold towards the first or second chassis (2) again and whereon the railing (10) is located.

In the inventive mobile plant (1), the first chassis (2) which can make production with a capacity of 100 m 3 /hour and 120 m 3 /hour, the feeding band (4) which is located on the first chassis (2) and the second chassis; the conveyor stand (5); the platform (9); the railing (10); the stairs (11) have a common structure whereas the other components have a replaceable structure based on the production capacity. Thereby, production period of a mobile plant (1) can be shortened at a desired capacity and transformation of plants with different capacities to one another can be provided easily. In addition, it is possible to carry the plant without disassembling and the installation time can be shortened by means of the platform (9), the railing (10) and the stairs (11) which are located on the first chassis (2) and the second chassis and have a foldable structure.

Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “Mobile Plant Making Production in Different Production Capacities”; the invention cannot be limited to the examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to the claims.
