A mobile-apparatus protecting and supporting device, which can be coupled to a mobile apparatus by means of a coupling mechanism. The mobile-apparatus protecting and supporting device comprises: a first portion (100), which comprises a fixing portion (101), wherein the fixing portion (101) is arranged at a side edge of the first portion (100); and a second portion (200), wherein the second portion (200) is interconnected to the first portion (100) by means of a first main bendable portion (10). The first portion (100) further comprises a second main bendable portion (20), wherein the second main bendable portion (20) is disposed across the first portion (100) and is adjacent to the fixing portion (101); and the second portion (200) further comprises a third main bendable portion (30), which is substantially parallel to the second main bendable portion (20). The first portion (100) is of a sheet structure and comprises two sides; and by means of the second main bendable portion (20) or the third main bendable portion (30), a first free end (201) of the second portion (200) can be folded toward either side of the first portion (100) and abut against the first portion (100).
