Abstract:
The disclosure provides a mixing unit for promoting liquid mixing. The mixing unit comprises a first inlet channel, a first outlet channel, a mixing channel and at least one spoiler cavity. The mixing channel is communicated with the first inlet channel and the first outlet channel, and is used for providing a space to mix liquids. At least part of an outer wall surface forming the mixing channel is an arc surface that is tangent to a wall surface forming the first inlet channel or the first outlet channel. The spoiler cavity penetrates through the mixing channel, such that the fluid in the mixing channel is divided in the mixing channel under the influence of the spoiler cavity. The mixing unit can promote liquid mixing. Further provided are a mixer, a micro-fluidic chip, a mixing apparatus, and uses thereof. Also provided is a method for preparing a product by using the micro-fluidic chip or the mixing apparatus.
