Abstract:
A miniature light-emitting diode lamp panel, and a backlight module and a preparation method therefor. The miniature light-emitting diode lamp panel mainly comprises: a substrate, a first reflecting layer, a circuit layer and a plurality of miniature light-emitting diodes, which are sequentially arranged in a stacked manner, wherein the plurality of miniature light-emitting diodes are arranged on the circuit layer at intervals. The miniature light-emitting diode lamp panel can be used as a backlight source of a backlight module, and has the advantages of improving the light utilization rate and reducing energy consumption.
